The Spa Apartments is located in the village of Clifton Springs, New York. Being in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region, we are minutes away from the beauty and recreation this area has to offer.

The Spa Apartments, which once housed the Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic, is a landmark in the area. Renovations in 1974 have preserved the basic nature and personality of the existing building while creating apartments that are modern and bright.

Our Chapel with its stained glass windows and the mosaic still is the center of attraction for the community. The chapel hosts many religious services, musical groups, weddings, and entertainment throughout the year.

Our main lobby has a beautiful fieldstone fireplace and Italian marble floors, which continue to be part of the building beauty and inviting charm.

Our Solarium, with its large arched windows, is where tenants, their families, and guests can enjoy
the pool table and other recreational activities.
